Deposits
We require a $300-$400 deposit to hold a puppy, depending on price of puppy.
We will not hold a puppy without a deposit, no exceptions to this!
NO PERSONAL CHECKS or CASHIER CHECKS.
Sorry,but we do not accept them ever for any reason!
Again let me say, I will NOT hold a puppy without a deposit. I know most
people understand this but every once in a while I get someone who either will
not or cannot understand this. I do not hold pups just because someone has
expressed an interest, or asks for first choice or promises they want a pup.
You may send us a postal money order in the amount of $300-$400. Send it as
fast as possible, Priority mail, Fed Ex. We only accept Postal money orders
that you can get at your local Post Office. If your deposit doesn't arrive in 3
days, pup will go back up for sale.
Deposits are NOT refundable for any reason with this exception:
1. The puppy is found to be unhealthy, we will refund or apply that to another
puppy if available. If you change your mind,decide you don't want or find that
you cannot have the puppy, you forfeit your deposit. You will NOT get a
refund. We will use it to find the puppy a new home.
If you have paid a deposit and decide you don't want the puppy,or cannot have
one, whatever the reason you come up with,you will still forfeit your deposit.
By placing a deposit, you agree and understand these terms. By placing a
deposit on any puppy you are entering a legal agreement to purchase that pup.
If you void this agreement, you agree we will keep the deposits and any
additional fees we deem necessary, and find your pup a new home.
It is vital to you, us and the pup that you purchase that you know what you
are doing and getting into and that you can and will still have a pet!
You as the buyer need to understand that we have marked your puppy as sold
and told everyone who was or might be interested that your pup is sold.

there....but we can't accept personal checks for any part of payment on a puppy.
Once your pup has been seen by my vet, we will need the balance on the pup to
be paid within 3 business days(if the puppy is being shipped), this includes any
shipping costs. If you fail to pay the balance in that time frame,your puppy
may be sold to another buyer.
Once again you may mail Fed Ex, UPS or postal money order to pay the
remaining balance on your puppy. We will only accept postal money orders
after they have cleared my bank for final balance. NO CHECKS.
If we are keeping your puppy longer,due to your situation, the balance must be
paid .If we are keeping your pup for more than 10 days after the vet check due
to your circumstances,we will charge a boarding fee of $10.00 a day. If your
puppy is held here longer because of weather or us the fee will not be charged.
Again, the only reason a deposit will ever be refunded is as stated above!
BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE YOU SEND A DEPOSIT
